According to UATV: In response to a surge in Ukrainian drone strikes, Russia’s Ministry of Defense has authorized private enterprises to purchase and deploy large-caliber air defense weapons. This shift allows companies to acquire equipment like anti-aircraft artillery systems, radar, and electronic warfare tools to protect critical industrial sites and infrastructure.
