Explosions in Yelets: drones attacked factories

Explosions occurred in the city of Yelets in Russia's Lipetsk region, during which locals reported helicopters in the sky. The Governor of the Lipetsk region, Igor Artemonov, stated: 'Drones fell in the industrial zone of Yelets. There are no casualties, emergency services are working on site.'

Locals also report a new drone attack on the 'Energia' factory. On the night of May 23, drones attacked this factory, which is a key enterprise for producing batteries for military drones.

In previous attacks on other defense factories in Russia, there were also no casualties, but damage was inflicted. Similar incidents have occurred in Moscow, Tula, and at the Saransk fiber-optic production plant.
