The 'Reserve+' system has restricted an important feature: details from the Ministry of Defense.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports stable operation of all its electronic registers and services.
On December 20, 2024, Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko announced this on her Facebook page.
According to her, the Cyber Incident Response Center provides round-the-clock monitoring of the situation and prevents cyber threats, ensuring the continuous operation of the ministry's systems.
K. Chernogorenko emphasized that the security of data of military personnel and reservists is a priority task, which is why constant improvement of the protection of the OBERIH register and the Army+ and Reserve+ applications is being carried out.
Currently, electronic reports and military accounting documents are available to users, but due to the increased number of requests, the waiting time for documents in Reserve+ may be longer than usual.
The only temporary restriction concerns obtaining deferments in Reserve+ due to restoration work in the state registers of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. However, all previously obtained deferments remain valid and are correctly displayed in the system.
