TCC told about the features of military leave: how to file a report.
Ukrainians were told about the features of military leave.
According to "Khvylya," this was reported by the Transcarpathian OTCC and SP.
Despite the difficult situation, military personnel are entitled to leave, but its procedure and conditions differ from ordinary civilian leave. For many Ukrainians, both military and their families, issues related to military leave remain relevant and sometimes unclear.
Firstly, as with many things in the army, the "report rule" applies here. That is, you need to first write a report addressed to the immediate commander with a petition to the higher command.
In particular, the report should specify:
- type of leave;
- duration of leave in calendar days;
- need for health benefit payment;
- address where the leave will be spent and a contact phone number for notification;
- type of transport chosen for the leave journey, the duration of travel Time to the leave location within Ukraine and back, required due to the remoteness of the leave location;
- proposal for the temporary assignment of the duties of the service member to another official during the leave (if necessary).
After approval, you will receive a leave ticket of the established form.
Next, upon arrival at the leave location, do not forget that service members are required to register and, in case of departure, to deregister in the manner determined by the Charter of the Garrison and Guard Services of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Note that you need to register:
- with the Military Law Enforcement Service (MLE) in the garrison;
- or at the nearest territorial recruitment and social support center (former military commissariat).
If the leave location is more than 30 km away from the MLE department or the TCC and SP, service members may register or deregister with the local government authority.
You must deregister the day before returning to the duty station.
Also note that the time of registration and deregistration will be noted on the leave card or travel certificate.
Service members are required to promptly inform the relevant authorities (Military Law Enforcement Service or territorial recruitment and social support center) of any changes affecting their leave. This includes changing the address of stay, extending the leave due to illness or other circumstances preventing timely return to duty.
If the service member could not travel to the leave location specified in their report, or cannot confirm registration, they must return to their military unit the day after the leave ends.
Recall that the Ministry of Defense stated who will be called first after updating the data in the TCC.
