The enemy lacks resources: Malomuzh assessed the situation near Pokrovsk.
According to Mykola Malomuzh, the chief specialist of Ukraine's foreign intelligence, Russian President Vladimir Putin plans to capture the Pokrovsk agglomeration in Donetsk region in the near future. This goal remains relevant for the Russian opponent, who also intends to launch an offensive on Kramatorsk, Kostiantynivka, and Sloviansk.
Malomuzh emphasizes that for Putin this is a way to demonstrate his power and demand ceasefire conditions, but so far he has not achieved his goals.
We hold our positions. Despite the Russians continuing to attack in the Pokrovsk direction, it's only a few dozens-hundreds of meters. They are now trying to pull new forces, but they are very few. We inflict significant losses on them, which slows down their actions.
Malomuzh asserts that the Russian enemy lacks resources for an active offensive on the main direction. Losses near Pokrovsk lead to disorientation among Russian troops.
Resources are already insufficient. The number of attacks has decreased by half. In the next case, it will be much more difficult for the enemy to advance.
Malomuzh also notes that the Russians are trying to use small assault groups to advance at specific sections. But the Ukrainian troops are capable of repelling their attacks and inflicting significant losses.
In general, Malomuzh believes that it will be quite difficult for Russia to advance in Donetsk region, as the Ukrainian army prepares counterstrikes and has an advantage in losses against the enemy.
