The Reserve+ application has technical problems: what is temporarily not working and when to expect fixes.
According to inkorr.com: The Ministry of Defense reported temporary technical issues in the 'Reserve+' application, which have complicated the updating of electronic military accounting documents and sending requests to the register.
The Ministry emphasized that all previously issued documents remain valid.
Currently, the functions related to sending requests to the register are not working in the application. However, users can still use the saved PDF version of the electronic document. Specialists are actively working on resolving this issue and restoring normal functionality.
Updates and development of the application
Despite the existing problems, new features are planned to be implemented in the 'Reserve+' application in the future. In particular, there will be an option for online processing of deferments from mobilization for parents of children with disabilities, regardless of the child's age.
In addition, the new features of the application will include the possibility of paying fines for violations of military accounting rules. This will significantly facilitate the digitization of services, making them more convenient for users and reducing queues.
Thus, the 'Reserve+' application aims to improve user service, despite the current technical difficulties. It also plans to implement new useful features, such as online processing of deferments from mobilization and paying fines for violations of military accounting rules.
