Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, provided details about the event:
“Today at noon, the Russians dropped an aerial bomb on the city. Numerous apartment buildings were damaged. At least three people are dead and seven wounded. Among the dead is a 13-year-old boy.” - Vadym Filashkin
The explosion heavily damaged multiple high-rise residential buildings, leaving the community in shock.
