According to Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, the strike directly impacted key infrastructure. These attacks are not isolated incidents. For instance, on June 11, 2023, a Russian missile strike on southern Odesa Oblast injured two people. Earlier, on June 10, shelling of residential buildings in Odesa left a mother and two children wounded.
