Russian Army Attacks on June 10, 2023
According to UATV: On June 10, 2023, Russian forces struck a residential building in Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, leaving five people injured, among them a 13-year-old boy. This incident was part of a broader wave of aggression, as the same day saw strikes on Zaporizhzhia and shelling of settlements in Kherson Oblast.
Following the Pavlohrad attack, four of the wounded—including the child—received outpatient treatment. However, an elderly woman was hospitalized in serious condition. A fire broke out in the building after the strike, further complicating rescue efforts.
Shelling in Other Regions
Additionally, on June 10, Russian occupation forces used a drone to attack the railway station in Sumy. Throughout the day, the Russian army shelled settlements in Kherson Oblast, resulting in one man killed and five people wounded, including a 10-year-old child. These events highlight the ongoing military aggression and the severity of the situation in the region.
These attacks are part of the prolonged conflict in Ukraine, where civilians continue to suffer from military operations. It is important to note that strikes on residential buildings and social infrastructure underscore the security threat to the civilian population, raising concern within the international community. During this period of escalation, continued monitoring of the situation and the provision of humanitarian aid to affected regions remain critical.
