According to the President, the SBU, DBR, National Police, and the Prosecutor's Office are investigating a number of high-profile cases, including those involving 'wealthy military commissioners', the situation in Kharkiv region where the Russian army attempted to occupy the territory and advance on Kharkiv, as well as criminal errors in the leadership of brigades.
The President stressed the importance of people feeling that status or any past merits do not negate the rule of law.
