Ukraine Intensifies Drone Pressure on Crimea: Key Objective Revealed by Intelligence Official Yusov.
Yusov on Efforts to End the War
According to Novyny.live: Ukraine is ramping up its campaign for a just peace by deploying drone technology to apply sustained pressure on Russian forces, particularly in Crimea. Andriy Yusov, a representative of Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate, stressed the critical need for resilience and systematic attacks against the enemy. Speaking on June 1, Yusov highlighted how Ukrainian security and defense forces are leveraging drones across air, land, and sea domains as a cornerstone of modern warfare.
Effectiveness of Ukrainian Operations
Ukraine's Defense Forces are continuing to strike Russian logistics with high effectiveness, according to Yusov. These operations form part of a broader strategy aimed at ending the war through a just peace as swiftly as possible.
“Security and defense forces, military-political leadership, and diplomats are doing everything possible to ensure the war ends with a just peace as soon as possible,” said Andriy Yusov.
In temporarily occupied territories, especially Crimea, fuel shortages are being reported—evidence that Ukrainian actions are yielding results. Yusov also dismissed certain claims as 'complete lies and not reflective of reality,' underscoring the importance of the information war alongside military operations.
Ukraine continues to use every available resource to achieve its wartime objectives, aiming for a fair outcome.
Yusov’s remarks reflect the strategic approach of Ukrainian forces, emphasizing the role of technology in defense and countering aggression. The use of drones and systematic pressure on the enemy demonstrates adaptation to modern combat conditions. The emphasis on information campaigns further highlights the comprehensive nature of Ukraine’s efforts to secure sovereignty and territorial integrity.
