According to Espreso.tv: On June 15, 2023, the initial cluster, known as 'Fundamentals,' was launched in Ukraine’s negotiations to join the European Union. “We must work with our partners so that, as we hope, by the end of the summer we can open all other sectoral clusters as well.”.
