Ukrainians showed new mobilization booking conditions: what awaits workers and businesses.

The Ministry of Economy has established new requirements for the booking of military personnel in enterprises
The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has approved new rules regarding salaries at critically important enterprises. According to these requirements, employees of these enterprises must receive a salary of at least 20 thousand hryvnias in order to maintain their armor and not fall under mobilization.
The total number of military personnel with booking remains confidential information, - reported the Ministry of Economy.
Experts emphasize that this situation is particularly critical, as many specialists in strategically important enterprises are receiving too low a salary. This may lead to a loss of qualified personnel and negatively affect the operation of critical sectors of the economy.
The business community expressed concerns about the possible consequences of the new requirements. According to them, enterprises are faced with difficult choices - to raise salaries, which in wartime is unacceptable economically, or to risk losing key specialists.
Experts recommend that enterprises analyze the salary level of their employees and develop a strategy for retaining critical personnel. In addition, it is important to monitor the process of considering booking applications.
Employees are advised to actively communicate with employers regarding the terms of remuneration and to consult with human resources departments regarding the status of their booking. The situation is subject to further dynamics, as the government may make changes to the conditions for booking military personnel.
It should be noted that earlier the opportunities for booking from mobilization for workers in a specific industry were expanded.
