Ukrainians were told how to obtain information about the arrest of accounts.
The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine answers popular questions from citizens about free legal assistance. One such question concerns the arrest of a bank account without online access. Documents for opening enforcement proceedings can be submitted, but only documents that require immediate execution will be considered. The rest of the documents will be reviewed after the restoration of the register's operation.
Debtors can obtain information about the arrest of their account from the bank or executors. The arrest from the account can be lifted if the automated system of enforcement proceedings and the Unified Register of Debtors are not working. To do this, you need to pay the full amount of the debt to the account of the state enforcement service. After that, the executor will issue an order to lift the arrest, which is sent to the bank.
