Ukrainians were told how to correctly report gas meter readings now.

Ukrainian gas consumers must be very careful when submitting gas meter readings to avoid unconfirmed financial charges.
Experts from the 'GasPravda' center emphasize the importance of timely and accurate reporting of gas consumption volumes.
Readings should be submitted every month from the first to the fifth day, regardless of actual gas consumption. Even if no one lives in the house or gas is not consumed, it is necessary to send up-to-date information about the meter's status.
It is important to know about changes in the reporting system. The popular service 104ua is no longer operational. Other channels should be used: personal account of gas distribution networks, official website, GASUA chatbot, Naftogaz hotline, and SMS messages to number 4647.
If the rules are not followed, calculations will be made based on planned standards, which may lead to the creation of unconfirmed debt.
Specialists emphasize the importance of following the reporting procedure to avoid financial complications and ensure transparency in utility payments.
It is also known what an EIC code is and how to find it.
