The press service of the Ministry of Social Policy reported that Ukrainians can apply for utility subsidies through a simplified procedure. The application does not require collecting certificates and filling out a declaration because the Pension Fund of Ukraine will prepare the application and declaration based on information from official registers.

Methods of submitting a simplified application for subsidy appointment:

• By mail or in person at service centers of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU).
• Through the electronic services portal or the PFU mobile application.
• Through the Diia portal.
• At administrative service centers.
• Through authorized representatives of the executive body of rural, town, or city councils.

To fill out the application, a qualified electronic signature (QES) is required, which can be obtained at accredited key certification centers.
