To receive a subsidy, Ukrainians can use the simplified procedure
The press service of the Ministry of Social Policy reported that Ukrainians can apply for utility subsidies through a simplified procedure. The application does not require collecting certificates and filling out a declaration because the Pension Fund of Ukraine will prepare the application and declaration based on information from official registers.
Methods of submitting a simplified application for subsidy appointment:
- By mail or in person at service centers of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU).
- Through the electronic services portal or the PFU mobile application.
- Through the Diia portal.
- At administrative service centers.
- Through authorized representatives of the executive body of rural, town, or city councils.
To fill out the application, a qualified electronic signature (QES) is required, which can be obtained at accredited key certification centers.
Recall, the Pension Fund of Ukraine addressed Ukrainians regarding payments for November.
