Starting from July 1, important changes will take place in Ukraine that will affect various categories of citizens. They will concern entrepreneurs, internally displaced persons, customers of 'Ukrpost', and recipients of social benefits.
Among these changes are the establishment of minimum price standards for cigarette sellers, new limits on postal operations at 'Ukrpost', and an increase in voltage in electrical networks to 230V. Moreover, internally displaced persons must have valid reasons for staying abroad to avoid losing their status. The Pension Fund receives additional functions regarding the assignment of social assistance, and some citizens may receive a basic allowance of 4500 hryvnias per month. Additionally, drivers will receive clearer vehicle inspection rules thanks to mandatory video recording.
These changes aim to improve the lives of citizens, regulate some aspects of daily life and business activities. They are also aimed at enhancing the quality of services and the level of road safety.
