Ukrainians are being mass deported from the USA: what is the issue.
The diplomatic representation of Ukraine in the USA reported that no Ukrainian has been expelled from the country during 2025. It emphasized that there have been no cases of deportation of Ukrainians.
As of the end of May, 24 citizens of Ukraine, who had been issued expulsion orders, remained in temporary detention centers due to the lack of flights home. This complicates their return to their homeland.
