Air raid alarm and new sanctions
In various regions of Ukraine, an air raid alarm was announced in the evening due to the launch of drones by Russia. Initially, this concerned the Mykolaiv region, then Odesa, and later Kirovohrad as well. According to the Air Forces' information, the alarm was raised due to the threat of the use of strike drones.
German spokesperson Stefan Cornelius stated that if Russia does not agree to a ceasefire in Ukraine by the end of the day, the European Union will initiate the process of imposing new sanctions. President Zelensky also emphasized the importance of a ceasefire, stressing that Russia must end the war as soon as possible.
