Ukraine will be hit by summer heat: meteorologist revealed what the weather will be like at the beginning of July.
Forecast for July
July promises to be hot in Ukraine. Representative of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center Natalia Ptukhа announced at a briefing that the beginning of the month will bring temperatures from 25 to 30 degrees in most regions. Starting from next week, weather stabilization is expected, with less wind, more sunny days and clearings, especially in the southern part of the country, Transcarpathia and in some areas of Prykarpattia, where thermometers may rise above 30 degrees.
'So far, meteorologists are not warning about severe heat, currently there is no talk of any record values.'
Weather and Fire Hazard
In particular, the lack of precipitation in many regions of the country causes fire hazards. However, Natalia Ptukhа noted that summer-type rains are expected, which will be low-yielding and local. So, besides the heat, the upcoming week promises to be not as hot, but it is important to remain cautious due to fire hazards.
In July, Ukraine expects hot weather with temperatures of 25-30 degrees, less wind, more sun, but also a lack of precipitation, which increases the risk of fires.
