Ukrenergo has urgently increased the number of outages due to damage to energy facilities.
Electricity restrictions in Ukraine due to missile and drone attacks
The national energy company 'Ukrenergo' reported that on November 28, 2024, electricity outages will be implemented due to damage to energy facilities as a result of missile and drone attacks. Four batches of outages for household consumers will be conducted until the end of the day.
The Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the enemy targeted electrical substations in various regions of Ukraine and carried out 12 strikes. Defenders managed to shoot down most of the enemy's missiles and drones. The enemy used modern air attack means, although unfavorable weather conditions also complicated air defense.
Ukrenergo states that energy workers are working on restoring damaged equipment, and the outage schedules may change throughout the day. Citizens are urged not to turn on several powerful devices at the same time during the power supply according to the schedule.
