Ukrenergo: restrictions in electricity supply due to attack on energy infrastructure
The National Energy Company 'Ukrenergo' informs that on December 30, 2024, restrictions in electricity supply will be introduced due to damage to the energy infrastructure caused by a missile-drone attack on December 25.
Household consumers will experience outages within one queue from 08:00 to 17:00.
Industrial enterprises and business facilities will operate with limited capacity from 08:00 to 19:00.
The company is taking all possible measures to restore the damaged equipment and return it to operation as soon as possible. It is noted that there may be changes in the timing and volume of restrictions during the day.
Ukrenergo also urges citizens to limit the simultaneous use of powerful electrical appliances during periods when electricity supply is restored according to the schedule, in order to avoid network overload.
Previously, an expert already predicted the duration of power outage schedules in Ukraine.
