According to Novyny.live: Ukraine's national power company, Ukrenergo, has announced scheduled hourly blackouts across all regions for February 19. This emergency measure is a direct response to sustained Russian attacks on the country's critical energy infrastructure, which have caused significant damage and forced these outages to stabilize the national grid. These attacks are part of a broader Russian campaign targeting civilian infrastructure that has intensified during the winter months.

Ukrenergo is urging all consumers to use electricity sparingly whenever it is available.
