Ukrenergo announces two periods of power outages on November 26.
Schedule of electricity outages on November 26 due to a massive attack
On November 26, the National Energy Company 'Ukrenergo' published a schedule of electricity outages due to damage caused by a massive attack. Restrictions are planned for two periods: from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM - this will be the next outage.
According to the company 'Ukrenergo', the reason for the restrictions was damage to energy facilities during the massive missile-drone attack on November 17. Emergency recovery work is currently underway.
As the air temperature has dropped, electricity consumption on November 25 increased by 3.7% compared to the previous working day. Maximum consumption was recorded on November 24, exceeding the figures of November 23 by 3%.
Due to difficult weather conditions, including heavy rain, snow, and wind, 67 localities in Chernihiv and Sumy regions were left without electricity supply. It is expected that power supply restoration will be completed by the end of the day.
Regarding electricity imports, they will be carried out from Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, and Moldova. The total volume will be 9,253 MWh, and the maximum capacity will reach 650 MW during certain hours.
We remind you that a 'convenient' redesign of the electricity outage schedules was made on the Yasno website.
