Ukrposhta launched a new app: free shipments and tracking via SMS.
According to inkorr.com: The company 'Ukrposhta' announced the release of the beta version of the updated mobile application. This innovation has already been evaluated on 'Glaсkom' as well as on the official website of the company.
Main innovations:
- convenient tracking of all shipments by phone number (after registration);
- detailed information about the shipment, including data about the sender, recipient, and barcode for scanning;
- push notifications about changes in delivery status;
- convenient viewing, searching, and sorting of shipments.
The app also includes an interactive map of branches with the ability to plan routes and online payment for services (currently only when creating shipments).
New users of 'Ukrposhta' will receive three free shipments within Ukraine at the 'Priority' rate.
Future plans include:
- changing the recipient;
- redirecting shipments (free of charge if they have not yet been delivered to the branch);
- payment for the shipment by the recipient and other features.
In addition, 'Ukrposhta' is implementing an express window for quick receipt of packages. This universal window will be used for various services, such as pensions, payments, and shipments.
It is worth noting that 'Ukrposhta' has signed an agreement with the United States on new conditions for package delivery. The company has also established new standards and improved control over cash-on-delivery operations since July 1, 2025. In 2024, 'Ukrposhta' paid 3.1 billion UAH to the state budget, demonstrating its social responsibility and financial discipline.
Thus, 'Ukrposhta' continues to modernize its services by introducing new technological solutions that facilitate the delivery process. The updated mobile application will become an important tool for users, providing them with more conveniences and opportunities. Implemented features such as free shipments for new users and quick access to services indicate the company's desire to remain competitive in the modern market.
