According to Novyny.live: Due to ongoing Russian attacks, Ukrzaliznytsia, Ukraine's state railway operator, has implemented changes to its train schedules. The updated timetable for February 19 reflects adjustments made in response to the evolving security situation. In the Sumy region, regional trains continue to operate with restrictions, running only to and from Konotop. On the route from Lozova to Kramatorsk, buses are being used to transport passengers, ensuring connectivity despite the operational limitations.

Regional express trains to Izyum are running on schedule without disruption. Meanwhile, services to Zaporizhzhia will depend on the security conditions. To maintain passenger transport, bus services will also be organized from Dnipro to Zaporizhzhia. In cases of train delays, if more than 10 passengers are running late, trains may wait at the railway station to ensure travelers are not stranded.

Additional Services and Routes

Ukrzaliznytsia has reinstated additional Kyiv City Express services between Vydubychi and Darnytsia in the capital. A ticket for the Kyiv City Express costs 15 hryvnias. Furthermore, the following long-distance routes are listed in the schedule:
