This initiative is part of broader international support for communities affected by the ongoing war in Ukraine. Registration to receive this aid will take place on March 9th, 10th, and 11th.
The program is designed for families with children who have disabilities, as well as for low-income households. Registration will be held at the following address: 7 Molodizhna Street, offices No. 1 and No. 5. The registration points will be open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Applicants must provide specific documents to process the assistance. These include:
- A Ukrainian passport;
- The identification code of one parent;
- A certificate confirming low-income family status;
- A child's disability certificate;

This program aims to support vulnerable population groups in need of additional financial aid. It specifically highlights the importance of assisting families facing difficult life circumstances.
Additional Support Initiatives
It is worth noting that besides the UNICEF program, other financial assistance initiatives are available in Ukraine this spring. For instance, the 'REMARKET' program, which supports micro and small entrepreneurs, is operational in the cities of Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, and Mykolaiv.
The launch of UNICEF's cash assistance program in Bohodukhiv represents a crucial step in providing support to vulnerable families, particularly amid the socio-economic hardships the country is experiencing.
Additional initiatives like 'REMARKET' also demonstrate the efforts of the state and international organizations to mitigate the effects of the crisis, contributing to improved economic conditions at the local level.
