The government approved an experiment: women will be employed in professions that were previously male.
The government has approved a project for the training and employment of women in non-traditional fields
The government has approved an experimental project aimed at training and employing women in areas where they have traditionally been underrepresented. This was reported by MP Oleksiy Honcharenko on social media.
According to the parliamentarian, the explanatory note to the project indicates a shortage of personnel due to the difficult situation in Ukraine. However, employers are ready to hire women for atypical positions. The experimental project was approved on November 15.
A list of professions for the training of women and future employment will be published by the government.
The experiment will last for two years
Taras Melnychuk, the government representative in the Verkhovna Rada, reported on his Telegram channel that this experiment will be implemented over two years. The procedure for its implementation has been approved.
We remind you that the Cabinet of Ministers made changes to the conditions for exemption from mobilization. The criteria for the criticality of enterprises will correspond to the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Economy. An audit of enterprises and organizations that have a critical status and can exempt employees identified a number of problematic issues.
