The government is creating a headquarters to protect communication during blackouts: how it will work.

According to inkorr.com: The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to establish a coordination headquarters to ensure the uninterrupted operation of communication networks. The main goal of this headquarters is to coordinate the efforts of central and local authorities, communication operators, and other agencies in case of risks or power outages. The headquarters will also analyze the situation and provide recommendations directly to the Cabinet of Ministers.
