The government changed the reservation procedure from mobilization.

The Cabinet of Ministers made changes to the Procedure for booking conscripts during martial law by means of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services «Diia». This is stated in the resolution from October 1, 2024, No. 1125.

Henceforth, conscripts who are registered for personal military accounting in the appropriate state body, enterprise, or institution are included in the reservation lists.

In addition, the government clarified the requirements for the information that should be included in the reservation lists, supplementing the list with the following data:

• details of the military document (in paper or electronic form);
• military registration specialty;
• date of clarification of military data.

In case of a positive result of the check conducted by means of the Conscript Register, the transfer of the conscript to a special military accounting for the period of the deferment is carried out automatically if the conscript:

• is registered for military accounting and has a military document (in paper or electronic form);
• clarified the data on the registration for military accounting;
• is not wanted.

Let us recall, military units received the right to mobilize reservists and conscripts who voluntarily wish to serve during mobilization. This is exactly the tool that brigades have long requested.

In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers made changes to the procedure for calling citizens to military service during mobilization. Thus, the commander of the military unit is granted the right to give directions to conscripts for passing the MCC to determine their suitability for military service.

As reported, in October of this year, the Ministry of Defense's application «Reserv+» will have a recruitment service available. With this update, relevant vacancies in the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will appear, which will allow application users to find their future place of service faster.
