According to Novyny.live: A new government support package for Ukrainian entrepreneurs will launch on February 2, 2026. This initiative is designed to provide critical assistance to individual entrepreneurs operating in socially vital sectors, offering one-time grants, generators, and zero-interest loans for energy equipment. This program is a direct response to the ongoing challenges faced by small businesses.
Eligibility Requirements for Support
To qualify for this aid, entrepreneurs must meet specific criteria. They must be registered by December 1, 2025, and operate as a sole proprietor (FOP) under the 2nd or 3rd tax groups. Eligible applicants must also:
- Employ staff;
- Have no outstanding debt on their Unified Social Contribution (USC);
- Conduct business in a socially important field.
Qualifying entrepreneurs will receive a one-time grant ranging from 7,500 to 15,000 Ukrainian hryvnias. Possession of an active government-issued 'Diia' digital ID card is a mandatory requirement for receiving any state assistance.
