ATB and GSC Game World Collaboration Earns Industry Recognition

According to Espreso.tv: A collaborative project between Ukrainian retail chain ATB and game developer GSC Game World has reached the finals of the European Loyalty Awards in two categories: Best Short-term Loyalty Program or Initiative and Best Loyalty Partnership – Europe. This achievement highlights the effectiveness of an innovative multimedia loyalty program developed over nine months of partnership.

The initiative included the release of an almanac titled 'S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Memory of the Zone', whose first print run sold out in just four days. Over 100,000 copies of the almanac were produced in total. Additionally, more than 4 million collectible cards were manufactured as part of the program, demonstrating strong consumer engagement.

Project Performance Metrics

A social media post announcing the project garnered 5.6 million views within its first month. Furthermore, the number of users of ATB's new mobile application increased by one million. These figures underscore the success and popularity of an initiative that blends gaming elements with a loyalty program, attracting new customers to the ATB network.

The success of the joint ATB and GSC Game World project reflects a growing interest in integrating gaming features into loyalty programs, potentially setting a new trend in retail. In a highly competitive market, such initiatives can serve as effective tools for customer acquisition and retention. International recognition also boosts brand visibility and may encourage further collaborations in marketing and communications.
