The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers approved the project for automatic verification of data for conscripts and reservists

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved an experimental project for automatic verification and checking of information about conscripts, military personnel, and reservists. According to the new procedure, the personal data of all Ukrainian men aged 16 to 60 will be entered into a unified register "Oberig".

This is stated in the published document.

The main goal of the project – is the optimization and verification of data of the Unified State Register of Conscripts. Particular attention is paid to the entry of data and registration for military service of men aged from 16 years (who turn 17 in the year of registration) to 25 years, including those who are abroad.

For the implementation of the project, the state information resource system "Trembita" will be used, which ensures data exchange between "Oberig", the Unified Demographic Register, and the departmental system of the State Migration Service.

Register "Oberig"

In the register "Oberig" for persons aged 16-25, the following data will be entered: digitized image of the person, full name, date and place of birth, sex, place of residence and location, details of internal and international passports, information on citizenship, entry number in the Demographic Register, TIN, information on traveling abroad for permanent residence or returning to Ukraine.

For men aged 16-60, the list of data slightly differs and includes: full name, date of birth, sex, place of residence, passport details, entry number in the Demographic Register, TIN, information on traveling abroad, the date of the last departure from Ukraine, and information on death or declaration of a person being deceased.

Registration for military service of citizens from 17 to 25 years will be carried out by TCC officials at the registered place of residence. For persons aged 18-25, whose data has been transferred to "Oberig", registration will be carried out without a medical examination.

The project also provides a special procedure for citizens with disabilities or severe illnesses. They will be able to submit documents for consideration by the medical board, whose decision will be made without a medical examination based on the submitted documents and data in the electronic health system.

After the data list is formed within three days, the Migration Service will supplement it with information from the registry of civil status acts and the registry of individual taxpayers. Then, within 10 days, the State Border Service will process the data using the "Hart-1" system and add information on traveling outside Ukraine. Ultimately, the Ministry of Defense will, within 7 days, enter or adjust the records in the "Oberig" register.

Previously, we reported that  TCC will have access to new information about draft dodgers through the "Oberig" register.
