Odesa Introduces Bus Route C2

According to Novyny.live: Starting April 1, 2023, Odesa will launch a new social bus service, route C2, linking the railway station with the Kotovsky settlement. The route will run from Starosinnaya Square to Semena Paliya Street. The first buses will depart from the station at 6:00 AM, with intervals ranging from 20 to 60 minutes. This addition aims to improve connectivity for residents in the northern part of the city.

Tram Line No. 1 Returns and Fare Updates

In addition, tram line No. 1 will resume operation, running between Chornomorskoho Kozatstva Street and Paustovskoho Street, with an estimated interval of 14–16 minutes. Partial electric transport services have already been restored across the city, with approximately one-third of trams and trolleybuses now back on the roads.

Public transport fares in Odesa will remain unchanged in April. The following tram routes are currently active:

  • No. 5 'Arcadia — Bus Station'
  • No. 7 'Kherson Square — 11th Station of Lustdorf Road'
  • No. 10 'I. Rabina — Starosinnaya Square'
  • No. 11 'Starosinnaya Square — Oleksiivska Square'
  • No. 12 'Kherson Square — Slobidsky Market'
  • No. 15 'Oleksiivska Square — Slobidsky Market'
  • No. 17 'Kulykove Pole — 11th Station of the Great Fountain'
  • No. 21 'Tyraspolska Square — Zastava-2'
  • No. 28 'Shevchenko Park — Pastera Street'

Trolleybuses are also operating on these routes:

  • No. 3 'Shevchenko Park — Zastava-1'
  • No. 7 'Arkhitektorska Street — Novoselskoho Street'
  • No. 9 'Inhlezi — Richelievska Street'
  • No. 10 'Inhlezi — Prymorska Street'
