In Ukraine, it is allowed to check summonses through the Reserve+ app.
The Government of Ukraine has changed the Procedure for the conscription of citizens for military service during mobilization. The new measures allow those liable for military service to check the validity of summonses through the Reserve+ app.
According to the changes made, summonses generated with the help of the Unified State Register of Conscripts 'Oberig' receive a unique electronic identifier in the form of a QR code. This code allows you to verify all the information specified in the summons.
The mechanism for verifying the validity of summonses involves using the draft registrant's electronic cabinet through the Reserve+ mobile application. This allows citizens to quickly and conveniently check the status of received summonses.
In addition, the government defined the legal status of the summonses on the form and those generated through the 'Oberig' register, including their printed versions. It also regulated the issue of determining the address for sending summonses to persons who clarified their personal data after the 60-day period stipulated by law for updating registration data had expired.
