Mass Building Bomb Threats Reported in Ukraine: Current Situation.

Today, October 14th, it became known that educational institutions, city councils, and ministries in several regions of Ukraine have been reported as being mined. Bomb disposal experts and dog handlers are already checking these reports.

Vinnytsia

The spokesperson for the main directorate of the National Police in Vinnytsia region confirmed the information about the mining of several educational institutions in Vinnytsia.

Currently, relevant services are already working, and bomb disposal experts and dog handlers are conducting inspections of the premises.

Kyiv

In Kyiv, objects were also reported as being mined. The High Council of Justice temporarily stopped working due to necessary actions taken by law enforcement agencies. The 217th school and the office of Liga.net publication also received bomb threats.

Relevant services are already working on-site, checks are being conducted.

Lviv Region

In Lviv, the bomb threats led to the evacuation of school No. 10 and the professional college of "Lviv Polytechnic." However, the mayor of Zhovkva later confirmed that the report of the city council being mined was false.

Sumy

In Sumy, in particular, the bomb threats led to inspections of 10 state institutions, including the Zarichny court, the department of education and science of the city council, the service center, and the treasury.

Zaporizhzhia

In Zaporizhzhia, more than 30 reports of bomb threats at various enterprises and institutions were received. Police officers are already conducting checks.

Uzhhorod

The spokesperson for the National Police of Zakarpattia confirmed the information about the mining of Uzhhorod city council. All reports of mining are currently being checked by law enforcement.

Dnipropetrovsk Region

A report of the Dnipropetrovsk regional council being mined was received, but the threats were not confirmed, and all employees are safe.

Mykolaiv Region

In Mykolaiv and the region, six objects were reported as being mined, including educational institutions and organizations related to maritime activities.

Currently, operative services are working at the scenes.

Rivne Region

In the Rivne region, 33 reports of mining were received, including government, educational and medical institutions.

The police are checking each object for which a mining report was received.

Khmelnytskyi

In the Khmelnytskyi region, a report about mining government facilities and a municipal enterprise was received.

Relevant services are working on the spot.

Response of the National Police of Ukraine

The police of Ukraine are receiving anonymous emails about mining objects to the electronic addresses of authorities and local governments. Law enforcement officers have started checks and note that this is not the first time they have encountered such reports. Currently, inspections of each object are being conducted.

The police urge citizens to be vigilant and assist the police in performing their duties.
