In Ukraine, changes to the budget for 2025 have been approved: where the money will be directed.
The Government of Ukraine has approved changes to the budget for 2025 amounting to over 412 billion hryvnias. According to the Deputy Chairman of the Tax Committee, Yaroslav Zheleznyak, these funds will be secured through increased revenue from businesses and internal borrowings.
'For government sectors, including the security and defense sector, an increase in expenditures of 412.4 billion UAH is planned. An emergency reserve and funds for urgent needs are also included in the changes',- explained Zheleznyak.
The budget changes foresee an increase in revenues in certain sectors through taxes, internal borrowings, and savings. The funds obtained will be directed to the needs of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Main Intelligence Directorate, and other government structures.
