Ukraine launched the StopPressure portal: how businesses can protect themselves from pressure.
The 'StopPressure' portal for business protection
According to inkorr.com: Ukraine has received an important tool for business protection — the 'StopPressure' portal, which has become a key element in the fight against unlawful actions by law enforcement agencies.
As the Attorney General Ruslan Kravchenko noted:
“The portal allows company leaders to report cases of pressure, undergo verification, and respond to such situations.”
To date, more than a third of criminal proceedings that had no chance in court have already been closed thanks to the audit.
This project is actively implemented not only at the central level but also within regional prosecutor's offices, where leaders are also making efforts for its implementation.
The 'StopPressure' portal has become an important tool for business in Ukraine, allowing enterprises to protect their rights and respond quickly to violations. This, in turn, will contribute to the development of entrepreneurship and the creation of a more favorable business environment in the country.
The successful functioning of the 'StopPressure' portal can become an important step towards strengthening business trust in law enforcement agencies and reducing the level of corruption. The introduction of such initiatives as this portal is evidence of the state's efforts to promote a fair and transparent economy.Read also
