According to Novyny.live: Air raid sirens were activated in Kyiv early on March 7 following a series of explosions. The initial alert was issued at 00:48. According to military reports, a group of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) was first detected approaching the capital from the south at 23:49 on March 6. A second group of UAVs from the Chernihiv region was tracked moving toward the Kyiv reservoir at 00:26. The first drones heading for Vyshhorod were identified at 01:01, and by 01:30, the military had issued a warning about a potential missile strike. These nighttime attacks are part of a sustained pattern of aerial assaults on Ukrainian cities.
In related incidents, explosions were also reported in Kryvyi Rih during the night of March 5-6. Furthermore, on March 6, Russian forces struck a gas station in Sumy. Fortunately, no casualties resulted from that particular attack. The situation across Ukrainian regions remains tense as air defense forces maintain a high state of alert for incoming threats.
