Weather conditions in Ukraine will vary over the next few days

On Sunday, March 2, there will be no precipitation in the eastern regions of Ukraine, but atmospheric fronts will influence other regions of the country.

According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, a cool night is expected in the east with temperatures ranging from -6 to -11 degrees Celsius, while daytime temperatures will be around zero.

The central and western regions of Ukraine will experience light wet snow, which will turn to rain during the day. 'Moderate precipitation with possible wet snow sticking is expected in the southwestern part,' forecasters report.

Night temperatures in these regions will range from 1 degree above zero to -4 degrees Celsius, while during the day it will be warmer, ranging from 1 to 6 degrees above zero. Drivers are warned about icy conditions on the roads. The wind will be south-western and western, moderate, at 5-10 meters per second.

In Kyiv on March 3, there will be light wet snow in some areas, with a western wind of 7-10 meters per second, while night temperatures will range from -2 to 0 degrees Celsius and during the day from 3 to 5 degrees Celsius.
