Immediately by 70 hryvnias: how the tariffs of Kyivstar, Vodafone, and lifecell changed in 2025.

According to the 'Hvylya' report, the tariffs of Ukrainian mobile operators Kyivstar, Vodafone, and lifecell increased in 2025. This led to user dissatisfaction, and many decided to switch operators to find more affordable tariff plans.

Kyivstar

In December, Kyivstar raised prices for some popular tariffs, but it also increased their content, adding extra gigabytes and minutes for calls.

The 'LOVE UA World Contract 2023' tariff now costs 225 hryvnias per month, while the 'YOUR Region', 'YOUR Optimum', and 'Smart Max' tariffs increased by 75 hryvnias each.

However, Kyivstar also offers discounts for some categories of clients on the 'LOVE UA Magnet', 'LOVE UA Comfort', and 'LOVE UA World' tariffs.

The prices for the tariffs are as follows:

• LOVE UA Magnet - 100 hryvnias for 12 months;
• LOVE UA Comfort - 140 hryvnias;
• LOVE UA World - 250 hryvnias.

Vodafone

Vodafone also increased prices for tariff plans starting January 30, 2025. Additionally, they changed the content of some service packages. The new prices are:

• Vodafone SuperNet Turbo - 250 hryvnias instead of 190 hryvnias;
• Vodafone SuperNet Turbo 2019 - 250 hryvnias instead of 200 hryvnias;
• Vodafone SuperNet Start - 260 hryvnias instead of 200 hryvnias;
• Vodafone SuperNet Start 2019 - 260 hryvnias instead of 195 hryvnias;
• Vodafone SuperNet Pro - 340 hryvnias instead of 280 hryvnias;
• Vodafone SuperNet Unlim - 470 hryvnias instead of 410 hryvnias;
• Joice - 260 hryvnias instead of 200 hryvnias;
• Joice Start 2023 - 260 hryvnias instead of 200 hryvnias;
• Joice Pro 2023 - 320 hryvnias instead of 260 hryvnias;
• Joice Max 2023 - 390 hryvnias instead of 330 hryvnias;
• Vodafone Light+ - 185 hryvnias instead of 145 hryvnias;
• Turbo 2023 - 250 hryvnias instead of 180 hryvnias.

Moreover, Vodafone launched a new line of comprehensive tariffs named GigaCombo, which includes communication, fixed internet, mobile traffic, and television.

Prices for GigaCombo tariffs:

• GigaCombo - 350 hryvnias per month;
• GigaCombo+ - 400 hryvnias per month;
• GigaCombo Pro - 425 hryvnias per month;
• GigaCombo Pro+ - 475 hryvnias per month.

lifecell

According to the general director of the DVL group, Mykhailo Shelemba, lifecell plans to raise prices for its services in spring 2025. The changes will be implemented gradually, starting from February 5.

The changes will affect many tariffs, such as 'Smart Life', 'Just Life', 'Free Life', 'Powerful', 'No limits Call', 'Free Life. Region', 'Platinum Life', 'Hot Light 2022', and others.

For example, 'Just Life' will cost 210 hryvnias instead of 160 hryvnias, while 'Smart Life' will cost 300 hryvnias instead of 225 hryvnias. 'Platinum Life' will go for 600 hryvnias instead of 450 hryvnias. lifecell is also continuing the 'STOP-price' promotion.
