Who is eligible for automatic deferral in 'Reserv+'
Those who are married to a serviceman or have a child under the age of 18 in common with a defender of Ukraine may receive a deferral. The right to obtain an automatic deferral for such citizens is provided by the Law of Ukraine 'On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization'.
How to update status in 'Reserv+', if there is no data about military service:
- open the app;
- go to the 'Menu' section — 'Correct data online';
- submit a request 'I am already a serviceman';
- after updating the status, submit a request for deferral again.
How to update data via 'Army+':
- log in to the app;
- on the page 'We did not find data about your military service' click 'I am definitely a current serviceman';
- fill in the required data;
- after confirming the status, return to 'Reserv+' and submit the deferral application again.
We remind you that during the automatic for military accounting, there may be problems with the data. The Ministry of Education and Science explained how to act in such cases.
