In order to receive the additional reward, a military person must be part of the active military groupings of the Defense Forces of the state or the Commander-in-Chief's reserve, have a combat order or commander's instruction, and actually carry out these tasks as part of the military grouping or reserve.

• Military personnel who are not part of the military groupings of the Defense Forces or the Commander-in-Chief's reserve and are outside the territories of active combat will not receive additional rewards.

It is also known that military personnel who return to their military units on their own after the Special Clean Wave Zone before August 30 will avoid criminal liability.
