Under Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1176, a war veteran who has been assigned a second disability group is not eligible for a housing voucher worth 2 million UAH. Meanwhile, according to Resolution No. 719, monetary compensation becomes available only after an individual is placed on a housing waiting list. Vladyslav Deriy explained:

“As for the right to monetary compensation under Resolution No. 719, it will be possible to claim it, but only after the father is registered on the housing waiting list.”

Conditions for Entering the Housing Waiting List

“If your father has an apartment of 45 square meters and no IDP status, he is not entitled to a housing voucher worth 2 million UAH.”
