This Italian-supplied machinery will generate approximately 100-150 MW, specifically 116 MW. Ukraine's energy grid has been a primary target of Russian attacks, making such international support critical for civilian infrastructure.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed gratitude to Giorgia Meloni for the provided assistance. He noted that the specific details of the new equipment will not be publicly disclosed for security reasons.
