The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky reported a difficult situation in the Pokrovske direction, where intense battles continue. According to him, the fiercest clashes are taking place on the eastern outskirts of Hrodivka, along the line of Kamyane and Krasne ravines, in Novohrodivka and near Mykhailivka in front of Selydove.

Syrsky noted that the enemy is throwing all available forces into battle, trying to break through the Ukrainian defense. Despite this, the Ukrainian military demonstrates exceptional courage and heroism in confronting the superior enemy forces.

“The main task now is to strengthen the defense in the most difficult areas of the front and ensure the brigades have sufficient ammunition and logistical support,” emphasized Syrsky.

Praise for the fighters

The Commander-in-Chief particularly commended the fighters of the 25th Separate Airborne Brigade, who inflict significant losses on the enemy, as well as the servicemen of the 68th Separate Ranger Brigade named after Oleksa Dovbush and the 150th Separate Mechanized Brigade.

According to Syrsky, the main task now is to strengthen the defense in the most difficult areas of the front and ensure the brigades have sufficient ammunition and logistical support. This issue was the focus of his work on the front line in recent days.
