The units of UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine showed record efficiency in April - Oleksandr Syrskyi.
Ukrainian drones hit over 83 thousand enemy targets
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, reported that the UAV systems of the Ukrainian troops are being improved.
According to the command, in April, Ukrainian drones destroyed more than 83 thousand enemy targets, which is 8% more than in March. The effectiveness of targeting has also increased by 5%.
During a meeting on UAV systems, commanders of the units shared their experiences and suggestions for solving problems.
General Syrskyi emphasized that UAVs are a priority for the Armed Forces, as they help deter the enemy and save the lives of Ukrainian soldiers.
Issues regarding the scaling of units, training of operators, cooperation with the public sector, and preparation of UAV units were also discussed.
An inspection of methods to combat enemy drones was conducted. General Syrskyi received information on the development of UAV systems in Russia and new models of Russian drones.
The Commander-in-Chief stressed the importance of using modern technologies and cooperating with partners for victory on the battlefield.
