Strike on Kharkiv and other areas of the Kharkiv region

On October 7, Russian military struck Kharkiv, Shevchenkivskyi, Bohodukhivskyi, and Kupianskyi districts of Kharkiv region. A 73-year-old woman was injured due to the shelling of the village of Mitrofanivka in the Kupianskyi district.

According to the head of the OMA, Oleh Synehubov, such enemy shelling was recorded over the day:

• October 7, 00:03, Kharkiv city, Shevchenkivskyi district. Damaged coniferous litter, branches, and trees over an area of 1 ha.
• October 7, 03:35, Bohodukhivskyi district, urban-type settlement Zolochiv. A private civilian car was damaged.
• October 7, 03:00, Kupianskyi district, Dvorichanska territorial community, village of Mitrofanivka. A 73-year-old woman was injured.
• 23:37, Kharkiv district, village of Mala Danylivka. Hit on open terrain.
• 23:15, Kharkiv district, village of Cherkaska Lozova. One house was damaged and two houses were partially damaged. A 50-year-old man, a 51-year-old woman, and a 16-year-old boy were injured.
• 17:48, Kharkiv district, Tsyrkunivska territorial community, village of Cherkaski Tishki. Grass burned over an area of 4 ha.
• 17:11, Kharkiv district, Tsyrkunivska territorial community, village of Cherkaski Tishki, Lypetske forestry. Forest litter and grass burned over an area of 1.5 ha.
• 14:25, Bohodukhivskyi district, Zolochivska territorial community, village of Ivashky. A private house, agricultural structures, and a power line were damaged.
• 13:47, Kupianskyi district, Kupianska territorial community, urban-type settlement Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi. A private house and an agricultural structure burned.
• 13:25, Kupianskyi district, city of Kupiansk. The roof of a private house burned over an area of 150 sq.m. A 54-year-old man was injured.
• 11:20, Iziumskyi district, Borivska territorial community, village of Pershotravneve. A 57-year-old man died as a result of a FPV-drone attack on a vehicle.
• 08:30, Kupianskyi district, city of Kupiansk. Men aged 40 and 68 were injured in a drone strike.

On the night of October 6 to 7, Russian occupiers carried out an airstrike on the village of Cherkaska Lozova in the Kharkiv region. A private house was damaged.
