Lutsk hit by a powerful downpour - forecasters announced a danger.

Heavy rains have caused flooding in Lutsk. Local Telegram channels and the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center report this.
Due to the rise in water levels in rivers and heavy rains, the city's streets have been flooded. The most difficult situation is in the Transcarpathian, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil regions and in Bukovina.
Thunderstorm fronts are also approaching the Volyn, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, and Vinnytsia regions. Forecasters advise being ready for possible emergencies and to avoid lowlands, keeping documents and necessary items at hand.
In Lviv and its surroundings, flooding also occurred due to the rains. Relevant services are working in places affected by severe weather conditions. The Mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi, noted that the water level in some areas has already reached three meters.
Heavy rains have led to flooding in various regions of Ukraine, causing significant inconvenience for local residents. Forecasters warn of further deterioration of weather conditions and urge people to be cautious and prepare for possible emergencies.
