The enemy struck Sumy: a fire broke out, the city is smoky.


Aviation strike on Sumy: fire and injured
On the night of August 30, enemy aviation attacked the civilian infrastructure of Sumy. This caused a fire with casualties, reports the Sumy Regional Military Administration.
According to local authorities, the fire resulted in air smoke in certain areas of the city.
Residents are urged to lock windows and doors and, if possible, stay indoors until the consequences of the enemy attack are eliminated.
“Residents of the Veretenivka, Annivka, and Kovpak districts are asked not to open windows. Air smoke is possible,” said Oleksii Drozdenko, head of the Sumy City Military Administration.
Preliminarily, there are known casualties as a result of the enemy strike.
All emergency and rescue services are working on eliminating the consequences. Details are being clarified.
Recall that on August 24, Russian troops attacked the civilian infrastructure of Sumy.
Earlier, on August 17, the enemy already attacked Sumy. There was an impact near Svobody Avenue, which caused a fire. The fire engulfed 10 cars parked near a multi-story building.
